MECH Microbioma Endocannabinoids Center for Health is a scientific project that aims to connect precision officinal farming with herbal products and human well-being. At MECH our core business is refine food grade substances from vegetable matrices with a strong focus on the emerging hemp industry. The production, study and experimentation activities go hand in hand putting the focus on the correlations among endocannabinoid system, phytocannabinoids, other trace elements/phytoderivates and microbiome.
In a farming park of 2000 ha we experience innovative and officinal crops also for contract manufacturing.
We develop cutting edge extractive techniques, among these; ultrasonic extraction, molecular distillation, lyophilization, supercritical CO2.
We study the possible correlation among endocannabinoid system, phytocannabinoids, other trace elements/phytoderivates and microbiome.
